Earrings - 2nd Return Policy

Our return policy for earrings ensures a safe and fair experience for all customers. Earrings may be returned within 14–30 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, free from scratches or odors, and remain in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates included. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Custom Orders

All custom orders may be placed from January 18th to November 20th. No custom orders will be taken from November 21st through January 17th.

Note's

Products purchased at Venues are not eligible for returns, as we are "All sales final for venues." We will, however, offer a replacement or free repair for any broken products; this does not include the cost of new materials. *No returns on broken products, only exchanges*

Your order must be placed within 30 days after purchase and must be for a new product.

Refunds take 2-3 business days. The return package must be shipped back before your refund is issued. The customer must make a return label."
